You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. License

Collect leads without a lawful basis or without honoring opt-out/unsubscribe requests;
Infringe any third party's intellectual property, or distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service itself without our written permission.

6. Lead data

You are solely responsible for how you collect, store, and use leads captured through your bonus pages, including compliance with applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR, as applicable to your visitors).

7. AI-assisted features

AI-generated copy suggestions are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any AI-generated content before publishing it, including ensuring it doesn't contain fabricated claims, statistics, or testimonials.

8. Payment, pricing & access
